All of our buildings were constructed with particular care of the quality of technologies and materials, as well as all the finishing details. Furthermore, we are doing our best to build environmental-friendly buildings, using all the innovative technologies.

The buildings, which are presented beneath, were built on the following conditions: after entering in an initial agreement with the customer, in which he had specified his requirements, Alstar built the buildings on its grounds. This system has guaranteed building the structures, which have met the lessees’ expectations and have resulted in satisfying cooperation.

Development of the area
Alstar cares by itself of technical efficiency of its buildings, as well as maintenance of the green areas, traffic infrastructure and clearing of snow. We also provide such services as cleaning and maintenance of our customer’s facilities.
In our area, there is a great prosperous Squash Fitness Club. We are also going to provide a part of the first floor of the office block, which is going to be built in 2009 for restaurant with really affordable prices.
There is also the Car Alarm System company, which provides car electrical engineering services, in our area.
