Alstar Office Centre extended contracts of lease with the biggest lessees:
- with Veracomp S.A. till 2014,
- with Mellow Sp. z o. o. till 2013

Alstar Office Centre met required criteria and obtained Green Office Certificate.

June 2009
In June 2009 Alstar Office Centre was audited once again according to conformity of prosesses in the company to requirements of International Quality Norm ISO 9001:2000.

December 2008
Nowadays The East Office Block is used by ELTEL Networks Telecom Company. Since January 2009 its lessees have been HYDROSOLAR, VERACOMP and other companies.

South Warehouse was divided by inner wall for two new lessees: Veracomp S.A. and Mellow Sp. z o.o.
